Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Eminent DigiTech collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Eminent DigiTech, Paris, France, is the data controller for the data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to mearyalbikash@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
Contact form
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, optional company name, selected package and message you typed, plus the date of submission. We use these details for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Processor: form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party form service acting as our processor. They transmit the message and do not use it for their own purposes.
- Retention: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where a project goes ahead, correspondence is kept for as long as required by French accounting and tax law.
Hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a short period by the provider and are not used to build any profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no advertising, social or tracking scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser by us, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. If we ever add analytics, a consent banner will appear first and this page will be updated before it does.
Who we share data with
Nobody, beyond the hosting and form-delivery providers named above acting on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except where a provider's standard contractual clauses cover such a transfer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of its processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email mearyalbikash@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with security headers that restrict what the page may load and prevent it being embedded by other sites. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, validated before processing, and protected against automated abuse.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
